Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] Revdex.comMESSAGE:To whom it may concern:I am still having problems with my living room set, on my small recliner couch the middle part are supposed to have clamps that holds it down into place but it’s always coming upOn the back of the couch there’s a spot where the leather has turned gray, the cup holders had a silver outline around them and the silver part is chippingOn my big couch the cup holders out line is black it never matched the other couchI spent good money just to receive anythingI called and spoke to the manager or the assistant to [redacted] and she sent someone out to take pictures of the furniture on February 6, and said they will be getting in touch with meNo one had reached out to me, so I decided to callI told the manager or assistant that I was going to call the Revdex.com back and she told me that we can work it out because the Revdex.com wasn’t going to do anything so she said she can give me $for my couchI told her no because I spent too much money on the living room setShe then told me that I could come and pick out another furniture set of equal amount, and I agreed to thatI went in to pick out another set but the manager was never in, there was lady name [redacted] that told me to call her back after or o’clockI kept calling and she was never thereThe last time I called, [redacted] put me on hold and called the manager or assistant and gave her my number so she could call me backShe finally called me back and told me it wasn’t anything they could do about itI said to her “You told me I could get $or I could pick out another furniture set,” and she told me there was nothing wrong with my couch and I can call the people they got it from and talk to themThat is not my responsibility, its theirsSo I let her know that I was calling the Revdex.com back and she replied “Call them,” so here I am again reaching out to you guys for help.Sincerely, [redacted] Revdex.comMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS: [redacted] with the business called the Revdex.comShe stated the furniture has been fixed twice [redacted] called the furniture store and was told the furniture store would check the date of purchase regarding the warranty and what the warranty will cover [redacted] stated the furniture would be picked up and have it looked at again to see if anything else can be done to the furniture
