Martindale Pinnacle Construction Reviews (12)

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. There were no heavy storms in Slinger after the work was done so any damages there are is the result of the poor work that was done. The owner is extremely rude and only worries about getting money, doesn’t care about the quality of work his team is providing. The contract also states that there is a 5 year guarantee. What is it that he guaranty if he answers same thing to every complaint there is against him? He blames NEW STORM for every issue that has been reported against that company. I am not satisfied with the response and demand that all the issues be fixed. Regards, Marina And Aleksandr [redacted]

After they did a cocking that fixed one of the leaks we keep on getting new leaks every time it rained and these are the issues that contractor didn't addressAs soon as the new leak appeared I contacted the owner and he was extremely rudeAlso we DIDN'T notified manager that everything looked greatWhen we issued a final payment we asked the manager to put in writing some things that we still wanted to be looked at and addressedManager wrote down the issues we identified at the moment and said it will be taking care of but it never wasWhen I mentioned this to the owner and send him a picture of the note (more than once) every time he was saying that this is the first time he hears about that (I was tolled that the manager we were working with is no longer with the company)

There are numerous things wrong with this complaint*** *** was the not the "salesperson" on this job, *** *** was*** *** checked on the job site a few different times to make sure things were going well, not just collect checksThere were some minor issues with the
window sizes, but the job was not completed until the customer stated they were happy with everything*** *** did not receive any phone calls from the *** until earlier this year, when Joan called and stated they had a contractor on the premises doing some unrelated work for them while they were in FloridaThis contractor supposedly felt a draft coming from the windows and apparently talked the *** into taking the interior trim off and putting more insulation in place, while at the same time somehow racking up a bill totaling more than $5,Joan then stated MPC should pay for these "repairs"Please reference Wisconsin's Right to Cure ActIf something was truly wrong, MPC should have been given some kind of written notice of the issues and then MPC would have sent a representative out to investigateAfter *** received this phone call, he contacted Javier from OMJ Home Improvement(subcontractor who installed windows)Javier stated that his crew definitely had installed sufficient insulation(which wasn't there around the old windows) when installing the new windowsHe also confirmed that his crew had came back a couple times to address some minor concerns that the *** had and hadn't left until the customer was happyMPC definitely will not be giving money back to the Shaw's insurance company for work that was fully completedIf anything, MPC should be owed more money for the upgrades(shingles, gutters, windows), but did these free of charge to help the *** outMPC also will not be "reimbursing" the *** any money for "repairs" that were supposedly done by a contractor while they were away from their residence for six months

The homeowner's account is completely inaccurate and untrueOnce again, the customer called the owner of the company yelling and screaming her complaintThe owner in response sent a crew out to look at the "issues"Some more caulking was done around a pipe stack, where it was suspected wind driven rain could be getting inMPC takes great pride in its workmanship and this happens to be the only project out of over completed in the Slinger area years ago, where there are any "issues"It took MPC over days to get final payment on this project, so while most companies would have put a lien on the house and went into small claims, MPC waited and finally secured final payment after the homeowner got their mortgage company to release the funds and stated to manager that everything looked greatThe owner does not just care about "getting money", which is proven over and over again with all the free upgrades and complete building systems that MPC installs for its customers

MPC did some remodeling work (roof, siding, gutters) for this customer last yearAll work was deemed to be satisfactory and final payment was securedEarlier this year, MPC was contacted about a roof leakAll of MPC personnel have been in Iowa since March restoring properties due to numerous storms
sweeping through the area, so the customer was told someone would be out as soon as possibleA MPC manager and other personnel went out to the property, did more caulking around the windows and pipe boot, since that seemed where the issues wereThis year as well, heavy storms have hit the Slinger areaAt that time, the customer was satisfied and no trip charge was billed, even though the issues appeared to be from new storm damageA month later, Ms*** called the owner of MPC and was rather rude, demanding MPC come back outAny issues at that residence definitely are not a result of MPC's workmanship

If you want the job done right, Martindale Pinnacle Construction is the place to go. Their crew is professional, respectful, and easy to work with. Throughout the process, the owner goes out of his way to make sure that everything is going smoothly and is satisfactory.
I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had new siding, 2 new windows, and a new deck. They look wonderful! We had a very small time frame to get this work done, and they did it! The yard was always picked up at the end of the day and the crew was very professional. Thank you! The house looks great!

From June of 2015 to January of 2016 to finish work. Low quality of workmanship.

Towards the end of March a second storm hit our house. I noticed I could hear water dripping on sheet metal in the house, that can't be good. So I contacted Paul at Martindale Pinnacle Construction to come out and look at our roof. He and an assistant crawled on top the Tri level and measured and documented the roof damage. Several trips around the house and asking questions we went inside to get a summary debriefing. There were missing shingles, a hole in the crown, and some really bad style shingles (Organic). Paul answered many of our questions and several were 3x (very patient). He guided us through contacting our agent and was present for the Insurance agent inspection.
We selected a style and color and set a date. Martindale Pinnacle Construction came out on the date and time as scheduled. They had the multi level roof done in 1 day. When I came home it looked like a new house. The lines were crisp and consistent. The yard was completely picked up, I couldn't find a nail anywhere or shingle pieces. The house is alot quieter when things are not 'flapping around'.
Being a Mechanical Engineer and very picky, I can say very well done.
We are now looking at doing siding to finish off the whole house new look.
Thank you Paul and your crew for the fast response, quality work and guidance through this process.

My name is [redacted], I have had my house fixed by this company. They are amazing, and know what they are doing. They have done my whole roof, siding and painting inside, the products used are superior and the work is fantastic. They are GREAT people, Paul the owner has helped through my whole claim , has I have never had to file one before. I didn't even know the damage my house had until they took the pictures to show me, from the hailstorm. These people that work for him are hard, respectable people. I would recommend this company for any job you need for your house, siding, gutters, painting etc. They are excellent and get a A+ from me. So happy, and my house looks great!
