The business has responded Please see below:We have been in business for almost yearsWe do not charge for work we don't doThat being said we have the bill from the company we purchased the sensor fromWe also still have the old sensor that we replacedAccording to the employee that [redacted] spoke with, [redacted] called and was very angryWhich we do understand, however the employee stated that he tried to explain to [redacted] that the part he is referring to is a separate partThe only part we replaced is the sensor [redacted] was here when we checked out the vehicle and showed him there is also a serious coolant leakHe did not want the work doneIf he still feels that the part was not replaced, we would like for him to come in, we will give him the old sensorWhat he was charged is not only for the map sensor but also for towing, labor and diagnostic
