The business has responded.  Please see below:We have been in business for almost 50 years. We do not charge for work we don't do. That being said we have the bill from the company we purchased the sensor from. We also still have the old sensor that we replaced. According to the employee that...

[redacted] spoke with, [redacted] called and was very angry. Which we do understand, however the employee stated that he tried to explain to [redacted] that the part he is referring to is a separate part. The only part we replaced is the sensor. [redacted] was here when we checked out the vehicle and showed him there is also a serious coolant leak. He did not want the work done. If he still feels that the part was not replaced, we would like for him to come in, we will give him the old sensor. What he was charged is not only for the map sensor but also for towing, labor and diagnostic.

Review: Was charged $383.07 for repairs that wasn't properly done. Was told by them that the map sensor was replaced with a new one, none the less map sensor was not replaced (old one still there Crack and broken ) . When I call to complain about the inferior repairs I was cursed at and told to deal with it. Basically I was charged $383.07 for repairs that wasn't really made.Desired Settlement: Would like to be refund due to poor quality of work and verbal abuse.
