Had a very bad experience with the service They came to shut my power off which is find and dandy I should of payed my bill .But when I tell the little cocky worker that I have a Rottweiler outside don't go back there until I put him up but no the it goes to my gate whistles to see and starts to open my gate after the fact I told him not too Until I put them up but no some and hour kid that's on a power trip thinks he's joe cool provokes my dog by not listening to what I told him which I'm lucky he didn't get bite because I probably got sued because The Element guy thinks he's a federal agent so stupid just venting

representative showed up to my door with a nasty attitude no on duty supervisor and almost no information about the account in question I had to call the police to get him to give me any information at all they showed up after hours and were the worst condescending people that ever came to my door since ive had this house complaints will be lodged with the Revdex.com and d p and l best advice when these people show up...CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY take no chances
