Review: I had my car towed to this shop because of an oil leak. The repair was completed, the bill was paid, the car was returned to me. When I went out to check the car the next morning, it would not start. I had to give the car a jump in order to pull it into the driveway. After I got the car registered and insured, I began to drive the car only to discover it was still leaking oil. I contacted the gentleman whom was responsible for the repair. Through a lot of back and forth, the car was towed back to his shop. The next day, we went to the shop and were told there was a leak again. The repair guy assured us he would have the car back to us in a day or two. It has been a week and he has avoided our calls, ignored our messages and not returned missed calls. I am frustrated and have been paying for a rental car to get me to work and my children to school. In addition, the temporary registration and inspection waiver is now up because I do not have the vehicle in my possession in order to get it done.Desired Settlement: I do not know what can be done, I simply would like for this information to be made public so that other people are not taken advantage of this way. I feel that this because I am a woman, I am being taken advantage of. I would also like to be compensated for the rental period and any fees/fines related to my inability to register and inspect the vehicle.
