I take my truck to be repair , the transmisión they charge me close to dollars in they take more then a month to do something to the truck and when they give Otto me I was driving home and got broke , they take it back to check it but they never call me I have to call them back to see what was wrong with the truck , they never do nothing to the truck so I have to send to pick up the truck send the truck to other shop and they tell me en the other shop the Martinez don't fix the transmisión in they damage the transmisión more now I have to pay close to to get it fix , I went to talk to Martinez about the transmisión if he is going to give me my money back and we don't want to be responsible for the problem , and to make maters worse they broke my 4xplease can you help me thanks

Took my Ford Expedition in to have engine removed from another ExpediitonVehicle took longer than expected to be fixedOnce completed removed the non running Expedition from lot to realize SUV was completely guttedSpoke to technician who said my parts were at their locationHave attempted several times to set up to receive partsParts still have not been dropped off at my home as discussedIt appears mechanic is trying to keep partsAs when speaking to them they aren't sure what parts they need to bring and have not come times to give me my itemsI am now concerned my engine is not from my truck I took to have replaced the engineI still have not received MY partsI now have issues with my truck stalling and not accelerating on the highway which is beyond dangerous months pregnant
