[redacted] installed my carpet on floors of my home Within year the carpet began to ripple, in some places over - inch waves Some waves were getting so tall, hallway doors were having difficulty closing! I provided an opportunity for [redacted] to address the problem and he became verbally abusive within minutes of being in my home, blaming everything from my carpets being cleaned, furniture being moved and the carpet itself being defective All of which had not happened He left my home screaming all the way to his car I contacted his wife [redacted] who never returned my call and I never heard from the [redacted] again I had to go thru months of calling the company I purchased the carpets from who recommended the [redacted] (Carpet Connections on Elkton Dr.) and having the carpet manufacturer inspect my carpets to finally conclude it was an installation problemPer the inspector of 'Advance Flooring Inspections', [redacted] did not follow the code of the industry when installing the carpet and failed to stretch the carpet when installing Do not use this company....they have no ethics, [redacted] has anger issues, and they are incompetent

[redacted] installed my carpet on 2 floors of my home. Within 1 year the carpet began to ripple, in some places over 2 - 3 inch waves. Some waves were getting so tall, hallway doors were having difficulty closing! I provided an opportunity for [redacted] to address the problem and he became verbally abusive within 5 minutes of being in my home, blaming everything from my carpets being cleaned, furniture being moved and the carpet itself being defective. All of which had not happened. He left my home screaming all the way to his car. I contacted his wife [redacted] who never returned my call and I never heard from the [redacted] again. I had to go thru 2 months of calling the company I purchased the carpets from who recommended the [redacted] (Carpet Connections on Elkton Dr.) and having the carpet manufacturer inspect my carpets to finally conclude it was an installation problem. Per the inspector of 'Advance Flooring Inspections', [redacted] did not follow the code of the industry when installing the carpet and failed to stretch the carpet when installing. Do not use this company....they have no ethics, [redacted] has anger issues, and they are incompetent.
