To whom it may concern,   I  had the opportunity to review and contact the former customer, UDirect, and speak with [redacted].   Please permit me to summarize as follows:   ·          UDirect_is a former customer of MetTel...

·          A billing error resulted in invoices being sent to UDirect and has been corrected ·          A full credit in the amount of $1,205.67 was issued on June **, 2016 and the account was brought to a zero balance ·         [redacted] confirmed to me receipt of the credit and cessation of invoices from that time forward. ·         I gave [redacted] my personal contact information should there be any further questions or concerns.   Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance in this matter.   Best regards, Barry F[redacted]

I am waiting to hear back from the customer that he received the credit (emailed him on March [redacted]) and that he received the check and that he considers the matter...
