A check has been mailed out to the customer and it still has not cleared once the check has cleared I will send confirmation that this has indeed been taken care of.Thank you,*** Martinez
Martinez Home maintenance and repair Inc. agreed with home owner to send back the $1,500.00 check and has been sent back. We did not complete this job because the home owner changed the details of the the original proposal. The original proposal did not a lot for these changes more money was needed...
for this project. It went from installing a patio door to reframing a new opening for the door and installing new drywall inside home and new EIFS system to area of concern. So in conclusion the company has mailed the home owner his original deposit of $1,500.00 back. Thank you [redacted] Martinez
