Thank you for resending the reply from Martinez Roofing His understanding of the problem is totally wrong The problem we noticed after a rain was that the water dripped down between the gutter and the roof We feel it can simply be fixed Also, Mike did not call us, we called him Several times he said he would come, but didn't We have a message machine on our phone and did not receive any calls from him to set up an appointment We did call the company and talked to Steve yesterdayHe said Mike would set up a time to come and repair the problem So at this time we are awaiting a call We even told Steve we would pay for the repair if he feels it is not a result of their work

Hi [redacted],I read the complaint from Mr. [redacted] and I do believe we made a good effort to contact him although that all may be in the past. Mike and Mr. [redacted] were able to be in contact to set an appointment. Mike found that the water dripping behind the gutters was not a result of our work but his gutter detached from his fascia thus causing a non functional gutter. Mike fixed the problem by securing the gutter hangers to the fascia in which pulled the gutter system in place. Mike didn't charge Mr. [redacted] for the repair as he wanted to pacify the customer.Mike recently called Mr. [redacted] to make sure he was satisfied with his service but we have not received a return phone call yet.Please let me know if you need anything else from us.
