Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Mr [redacted] has fabricated the events that initiated this complaintFurthermore, he has raised accusations which are a defamation of character and will not be toleratedI have a witness that will contest to the occurrence on 7/22/I have proof that is contradictory to Mr [redacted] response and proof that Mr [redacted] not only overcharged, attempted to take advantage of the service, did poor workmanship as well as damaged the rim of my tractor in the attempt to remove the tire, falsifying receipts and no sales tax on taxable itemsFurther legal recourse will be necessary to satisfactory resolve this issue Regards, [redacted]

My name is *** ***, my wife and I are the owners of *** Tire Service we been in business for years our customers *** *** was quoted a verbal quoteYes I quoted her a price of $after the first
quote of $was too much for her and she asked for a break and I said yes if we could make the tires work tubeless if not it would be the original price $because of the extra work she look confused but agreed. In order to make a tire tubeless the wheels have to be in perfect or close to perfect condition, then you having to install a valve and make it hold airIn this case the wheels were not holding air so we had to go to plan B and check the exiting tubes for re- installation the tubes checked out goodPlease note that *** thought that the price was too much already so I decided to save her some money in re-using the old tubes they worked at timeShe called three days later and ask for receipt for the $she had payedI was not around to give her one then she called that the left rear tire had gone flat, ok we told that we would go out their and check it outWe finely got a chance to out there not understanding how flats work she kept insisting that the air was coming from the valve stem I tied to explain that the air has to come from the hold on wheel which is around the valve stem this the only route that the air can travel (SHE SAID THAT SHE DIDN’T BELIVE ME AND THAT WAS FOOL OF ***)I told her that we would fix it she kept on complaining about me using the old tubes and started using verbal abusing language and yelling her neighbor and my helper were both presentI said to her if she did not calm down that I would not fix her tire she kept on I started to remove my jack and she put her hands on my chest I said lady you are assaulting me and I don’t have to fix your tire any moreThe only way that I would FIX THE TIRE WAS IF SHE HAD TO PAY FOR THE NEW TUBE A THE FIXING OF THE FLAT a total of $she agreedI drove to the Coop in Tynan Tex, about miles away to get the tube and we fix the tire she payedNote the right rear tire is still holding air with the same old tubeIt is hard work fixing tractor tires and some people think because we make it look easy that maybe it not wroth what they pay forWe help people in their needs on the road and in the field we are honest and very proud of what we do sorry for you’re in convinced

Furthermore, he has raised false accusations which are a defamation of character and will not be tolerated. I have a witness that will contest to the occurrence on 7/22/2015. I have proof that is contradictory to Mr. [redacted] response and proof that Mr. [redacted] not only overcharged, attempted to take advantage of the service, did poor workmanship as well as damaged the rim of my tractor in the attempt to remove the tire, falsifying receipts and no sales tax on taxable items. Further legal recourse will be necessary to satisfactory resolve this issue.
