Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The owner is denying his rude demeanor towards me, he doesn't want to be accountable for his misbehavior which is an act of cowardice, a true man admits when he's wrong, anybody can lie about their misconductHe knows what he did was wrong and is denying it because he wants to save faceHe cursed me out because he got upset because I questioned the labor charge when they couldn't even extend the courtesy to inspect the tire for impaled objects as part of the labor, even if they weren't going to repair it, part of the labor fee is inspecting it for objects causing the flat, which they did not doThis business' reviews are all paid forHe doesn't even have mediocre reviews how does a business have extremely positive reviews mixed with extremely negative ones, there should be some in between? He pays people to leave him positive reviews, this is common business practice and is not being very honest to customers that are looking for impartial/biased business reviews to procure servicesHe says I leave nothing but negative business reviews and expect everything for free, that proves how much of a unscrupulous salesman this guy really isIf he can admit his fault and apologize for his actions, I will delete the bad review, but he seems like a man of pride that wouldn't risk his egoA good example of how unscrupulous his business ethics are you can drive buy his business there's no one there you just hear crickets and there's a tire shop not too far down the road named Casias' tire shop they are always full and busy which is evident of good business practiceWhen you finagle people's money word of mouth gets out and it shows in how little business Martinez tire shop receivesMoreover, they have several extremely negative reviews to vouch for mineI happen to leave several positive business reviews, that they failed to mention Regards, [redacted] ***

To whom this may concern the tire was remove and inspected buy one of the employees, the tire was inspected and the employe let the customer know that the tire has a ball on the side there fore the tire could not be repairedThere was a $labor charge for removing the tire and inspecting it The employees where not beaing rude to him they where just letting him know that the tire could not be repair because of the ball it had on the aid wall, if we where to repair a tire in that condition we could be held responsible if it where cause an accidentI would also like to point out to the Revdex.com that this customer complains about several businessIt almost seems like he is trying to get work or food done for free because after he has the work done he complains and tries to get his money back.I would also like to point out that the owner does not curseI have also attached a picture of a sign that says that we do charge a $labor feeWe charge this fee because devices are beaing render to remove a tire we have to place the jack , remove the tire and check it and replace the tire back on the carThis customer is the one being rude everyone is intidel to there opinion but he is going out of his way when writing reviewsPlease let me know if there is any more questions that need to be answered

I am rejecting this response because: That statement was not a truthful account to what I had experienced and was quoted. I was quoted $40 per tire and $20 for valve stems in the initial quote I agreed upon. They were used tires not new, I know how much I usually pay at places by where I was from. $240 plus stems and taxes was what they changed at the end when I was ready to pay. I felt cheated and robbed. I will never do business with that tire shop ever again. I also looked them up after I had been swindled by them on google and saw the reviews of previous customers receiving the same service I had encountered.

To whom this may concern ,                            I went ahead and spoke to the employee about this complaint it was brought to my knowledge that he was quoted the 240 plus the 20 for the valve stem and the tax. Then when...

he was going to pay he did ask about the 240 and said ok and  proceed to pay wth his debit card. Later that day his wife called to complain that he was charged 240 and called the employee a liar and threatened to bring her dad because she satiated that he was the sheriff and that he would make us show him our video footage. The employee simple told her that she could do that if she wanted too.  We are sorry if there was any misunderstanding but that price was the quoted from the beginning.
