I'm a event planner and I planed a 65th birthday party for my client on Friday, December 4, Per our contract the coat Room were to be open for guestThey opened it late and the room was a messThe honoree were to have a special plate (meal) prepared for her because of alleges, that wasn't doneSo she was unable to eatAnd last we paid $for favors for the guestThe favors were to be placed at each place setting, not doneWhen I asked about the favors the manager on duty knew nothing about themI had them delivered early that day and told them to keep in refrigerator By the time the manager found them over half of the guest were goneThe next week I met with Julie about all my concerns and she were to speak with the owner and get back with meI never heard from her nor the owner
