From: Martinique Excursions Support [ [redacted] Sent: Friday, June 09, 4:PM To: ' [redacted] Subject: RE: A Request from your Revdex.com Good Day, We are sorry to hear the customer experience was not to their expectationCustomer satisfaction is key for us and is something work hard to achieve After each tour we receive feedback from the crew and customersWe sent this customer an email after she returned to the United States, but we did not receive any feedback so if there was an issue we were unable to take immediate actionUpon talking with the crew of this excursion, they noted that there customer was picked up from the port, and taken to the dolphin excursionUpon meeting with the dolphins the customer explained she was not satisfied and requested to go to the beachThis tour did include a visit to beaches, the white sand beach, and black sand beach, at the base of the volcanoThe customer requested the captain to go the beach (black sand beach)While at the beach the captain was preparing the meal for the dayAfter the beach the customer informed the caption she would return to her boatThe captain tried to find the reason the customer wanted to cut the tour shortThe captain mention he was not given a full explanation The customer did miss out on the rest of the tour unfortunatelyHowever the captain did mention he received a tip Unfortunately we do not refund customers if they wish the cut the tour short at their requestHowever we would like to offer the customer, a free night stay at a hotel in Martinique, another tour, or free tour to one of the other islands in our network Please see the attached follow up email to the customer Merci

to their expectation. Customer satisfaction is key for us and is something work hard to achieve. After each tour we receive feedback from the crew and customers. We sent this customer an email after she returned to the United States, but we did not receive any feedback so if there was an issue we were unable to take immediate action. Upon talking with the crew of this excursion, they noted that there customer was picked up from the port, and taken to the dolphin excursion. Upon meeting with the dolphins the customer explained she was not satisfied and requested to go to the beach. This tour did include a visit to 2 beaches, the white sand beach, and black sand beach, at the base of the volcano. The customer requested the captain to go the beach (black sand beach).
