Review: I purchased a truck from Universal Auto sales on April 13,2014. I paid cash in the amount of 7590.00. At the time we were giving temporary registration for the vehicle and told out title and registration would be forthcoming in the mail. as of November 16,2014 we have not received any paperwork and this vehicle is still not registered in our name.7 months have passed and nothing has been received. Martin told me a different story each time, when I asked for my title and registration. two weeks ago I went to the DMV and met with a investigator. I am finding out that this dealer took my money and never paid for my title and registration and there are other customers in the same situation as myself. This morning a repossession vehicle showed up to try and take my truck He left without taking it, only after I showed him my paperwork and he felt bad. But, he said another company may show up and they may take it. The company who is trying to take the truck is premier Auto loan, who by all accounts is a very shady business and hope they are being investigated as well.Desired Settlement: I want my title and registration or a full refund , including the 3,800. I put in the truck to upgrade it. This company has now opened a second place called[redacted] auto sales. They should be put out of business and the state of California should criminally prosecute them.

Review: 3 months after I purchased a vehicle in full from Universal Auto Sales, my 2008 Dodge Ram was repossessed by 'A Finance Company". Thinking that this was a major mistake or oversight by the finance company and or the dealership, considering I had paid this vehicle in full when I purchased it, I contacted Universal Auto Sales, who then referred me to the finance company who repossessed the vehicle, since it wasn't them who pick up my vehicle. I contacted the finance company who repossessed my vehicle and they have no record of me having a loan with them. The finance company was able to locate a closed loan on the vehicle by searching by the vin, but the account holder was a different individual. Universal Auto Sales is refusing to reimburse me my money I paid in cash and my trade in value for the vehicle I traded and since then has been sold. I no longer have the vehicle I paid for in full, or my full refund. I am not understanding why there would be a finance company for a vehicle that was purchased in full and not financed.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund of $14,700 ($4,600 trade in value plus $10,100 cash).
