In April of my salesperson *** *** came to the house and inspected the issues I was complaining aboutHe agreed the work needed to be fixed and some areas finishedI have a written document from him stating they would finish the areas not done and fix the cracks and spots were the stones were showing through at no charge.

Martino power washed the driveway only onceAfter that I decided to try to solve the issue myself - and did to 95%I requested response for reimbursement by Wedof that weekSo Thursday I filed the complaintThey responded later that day with a terse email -"yes- I'll put a check in the mail." A few days later I received the check and cashed itNO apology or thank you for my efforts in solving THEIR problemThey have no clue about good customer serviceThey messed up the job and maintained an arrogant attitude that never acknowledge that fact - only said it would fade or obviously would take their sweet time fixing the issue - if everThey still have not fixed my neighbors driveway problems.I do not recommend choosing this contractor because if they mess up the job - good luckI cashed their check that reimbursed me for hrswork plus material at less than #and am done with them

I did address the issue and went out to this customers home and did power wash the concrete again. I received an email stating he was still not happy. He sent me an email on the 16th of June and requested reimbursement for his material and time correcting the appearance to his satisfaction. I...
responded to his email stating I would put a check in the mail the same day which I did. The check cleared my bank on the 22nd of June. I have no idea why he would state no response when he clearly signed the check and cashed it.
We do not collect payment for a job until it is completed. The customers job was completed in 2014. She was happy with the job until after the winter in which the concrete cracked in two places. We do not warrant cracks. We are not responsible for frost lifting the concrete and causing...
