Review: I brought a 2002 Chevy impala from Martino Motors in Lawrenceville on February 19,2016. The car didn't come with a warrenty but I had 90 days to purchase one. When I called that following Wednesday to purchase the warrenty someone stated that Tim wasn't in for the day, the next day I called and they were giving me the run around switching me back and forth to shops. Well the next day which was a Friday was wen my car broke down, the car was on and in drive but it wouldn't move. I had to pay to get it towed back to my house then I had a mechanic look at it he said it was the transmission and whoever sold t to me knew it was bad. I been trying to purchase warrenty and work something out with him but he's not hearing me out. I payed 3,000 flat cash now I'm unemployed due to my job not being on a bus line and missing to much work!!Desired Settlement: I would like him to pay for the repairs if nit he can have the car back and I want my money, I only had the car for 6 days before it broke down!!

Review: When purchasing the car, I was sold a gap insurance add-on to my car loan, which would cover any remaining balance if something were to happen to the car. However, the salesman did not finance this add-on into the loan, and therefore I have never nor do I currently have gap insurance, although I was falsely lead into believing so. The salesman was persistent in recommending that I purchase this gap insurance, however he did not add this to the contract. So, I am wrongfully left to pay off the rest of the loan.Desired Settlement: I feel that the car company should have to cover the remaining balance of the loan, for the reason that I was falsely lead into believing that I've been paying for said gap insurance the entire time of the loan.

Review: I cant even call this place a dealership. I dont know how their still in business after all the stuff I hear after the fact when we purchased the vehicle. We ended up getting a vehicle from them. It had a couple problems a couple days after we got it. The guy that helped us was [redacted]. He was very honest I called him and told him we were having a problem with the vehicle. He said bring it down and ill have them look at it. And they did that. Well now we got bigger problems the car is sitting at our mechanics and hes telling me that your cars frame is rotted where did u get it from I told him he said of course. So now we have a 800 job that needs to be done cause the car needs inspected next month. I refuse to pay that bill they need to pay it. I called them and told them whats going on. He tells me theres nothing I can do about it.Desired Settlement: They need to fix it.

Review: I purchased a 2007 Ford 500 on Saturday July 26, 2014. The car test drove well and I didn't realize how many problems existed with the car until after they put the GPS system in and I drove off of the lot. First, I was promised by salesman ** that they would put gas and oil in the car. However, they never provided the gas nor oil. After filling the gas tank up, I drove home and the car completely locked. I have not bee able to drive the car for three days now. When I called ** back this **rning he seemed to have an attitude and stated that I threatened him because I stated that I would report them to the Revdex.com. He then hung up the phone. Martino **tors wiped out my entire savings and sold me a car that did not have gas, oil and completely shut off. Without a car the company has put me in danger of losing my job in which, I need a car to provide service to my clients.Desired Settlement: I would like the car to be fixed immediately so that I will be able to work or a refund for worst case scenario.

Review: I paid the auto dealership a check written out to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania worth $377.00 dollars. The Commonwealth informed me that the dealership did not send them the check until two weeks ago and the check just posted to my account on August 3rd. Its a good thing that I had the money in my account but now that leaves me without paying my rent.Desired Settlement: I believe that should have to pay that money back to me because it puts me out and they dont have to send it to me they can send it to my landlord on my behalf. I have the bank records showing the withdrawl of the $377.00 and the withdrawls where I pay my rent on a monthly basis.
