Martins Appraisals

I work for a mortgage company that retained [redacted] Martin's services. our service agreement with his company is a 8day turn time for appraisals. not only did ne not schedule the inspection in a timely manner (day 9) he called. He was supposed to have the report back on the following Monday and he has been MIA ever since. He never fulfilled the agreement and has yet to produce the appraisal. I was out with some health issues after the inspection of the property, that occurred 3/4/15, and this caused some delays in the completion and delivery of the report. I spoke a [redacted] representative and I have left several emssages for [redacted]. If anyone will tell me what needs to be revised in report, I will gladly fix it. I have literally been on hold over 9 minutes, with [redacted], while I am typing this response.
