water heater in the closet and install the electric in the storage room by the carport. There was existing power in the storage room. We used that power source to power up the water heater. The power source was preexisting.
That is all we agreed to do. He is claiming that we did not do all the work as agreed and is asking that we do additional work with is over and above the written signed contract.
T am faxing to you the signed contract with the details of the work agreed upon.
We are requesting that the complaint against our company be dropped as there is no base for the complaint. We have addressed this two previous time and are now responding for the third time.
Please advise.
