I am rejecting this response because: He is lying,he told me that he was coming back next Monday with the gasket, never did, never called and after I called him he said that he didn't have the part (3 weeks after). He said that he didn't buy the part because he thought that I was "happy" with the refrigerator working, even when he told me that this was a temporary fix until he comes back on Monday with part.

Review: 04-04-14 [redacted]'s Heat & Air did an estimate on two appliances. I was charged $40. and I paid them in cash. I did not receive a receipt or a copy of the estimates. I have nothing in writing. The washing machine motor pump needed replaced and it had to be ordered from the manufacture. The refrigerator needed the main control board assembly. [redacted] asked me to purchase the parts and then he would return to install them.

04-11-14 I went out of town right after the estimate and returned on 05-01-14.

05-13-14 I purchased the parts at a cost of total $294. I called the company several times to return and complet the job. They always had an excuse why they could not return.

05-21-14 I called another repair tech. The washing machine did not need a pump motor, but it needed a fuse going to the pump. The refrigerator did not need a control board replaced. The water and ice on the odor still did not work after it was replaced. I had just spent $294. On parts that I did not need. I paid the repair tech $110. I called [redacted] to let him know how I felt, but I had nothing in writing from him.

07-11-14 I made an appointment with [redacted]'s Heat & Air to fix my refrigerator. [redacted] told me the motor on the ice dispenser needed replaced. I was not told why the water dispenser was not working. He gave me some rediculous verbal price for the repair. [redacted] told he he was charging me $45.. for the estimate. I told him I was not paying for another one, and I was going to make a formal complaint against him. He said I was a liar and it was not over $500. so nothing could be done, and he left. After he left, I unplugged the refrigerator. The water line and motor is getting frozen inside of the freezer and after it sat for a while everything worked. He tried to get me to do another repair I did not need.Desired Settlement: Refund $440

This company needs to be taken off the streets. I can just imagine what they are doing on large jobs, and how much they are costing the public

Review: Upon my refrigerator stopped working, I took services from this company. A guy (service man from this company) came to my home, but he took away the compressor starter relay without my knowledge or without my consent. So, to me, it was stealing of a part. I realized this after one week only (after the guy is gone) when I opened the rear panel of the refrigerator compressor and found about this missing part. Upon several text messages and phone conversations to return the part to me, I found the [redacted] to be rude and using foul language. He never apologized to me that his guy stole my part and never returned the part in spite of his telling me that he would return it.Desired Settlement: I want an applogy from [redacted] that his service guy stole my refrigerator part, also for being rude and using foul language. I also want him to return the part that his guy stole.

Review: My refrigerator stopped cooling so I call this guys, this was on Jan 16 2015. They responded quick and showed at my door the same day, no problems there. This guy [redacted] had told me over the phone prior to his visit that his rate is $45 only to check it, so I agreed.After checking my refrigerator he tells me that the problem is the gaskets and that they need to be replaced and that will cost me $240 on top of the $45, that including parts and labor. He tells me not to worry that he will clean it today for $85 and keep it running for the weekend so he can get the parts the next Monday (It was friday) and that he'll be back on Monday with my parts and to collect the remaining $200.Today is February 4 2015, I been calling him to ask him when is he coming back, my refrigerator is worst that when I called him and all my food has gone bad. He answers me today that he doesn't have the parts yet! that he's sorry, and I asked again that at what time can he be here today. He answers tat IF he has the parts he'll come today, I told him that its been almost 3 weeks and that he supposed have the parts already.He answers that yes, that he's sorry but all the time people just pay for a quick fix and don't call back thinking that its already fixed. And he states: - I guess that not everyone is the same. Be aware that this company is super irresponsible, non professional and this guy [redacted] talks super fast and he wont let you speak over the phone, he always tries to end the conversation quick so you don't have time to speak.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Company states: There was a lot of ice in the freezer. It took three guys to work on it. We did a lot of work for the consumer. We got the refrigerator going for about three weeks. I told him that we needed to order the gasket. I told him that but he was upset and wanted a refund. I told him that I could not give him a refund because of the work we had completed. I don't think he understood the work that was required because he was not there.
