I am rejecting this response because:
[redacted] is apparently unaware of what her [redacted] did, as she wasn't here, & he is saying he didn't do it to keep his job. He told [redacted] when he called he was going in for a meeting with the [redacted],  & would call him back afterward. He said he didn't want anything on his record because he was going into the [redacted] & wanted to keep it clean.  He never called back. We know he did it, he knows he did it, & that's all that matters. I am sorry this so-called business has to resort to lying, & getting their employees to do the same. Makes you wonder why they pay for insurance, if indeed they are insured!Regards,

Mrs. [redacted],
You called me yesterday around 3pm, after your moving date was last Saturday. You complained that our movers hit the girder on the top of your garage. I did not hang up the phone when we last spoke, I told you that I will call the [redacted] and ask if he actually did hit it or not. You...

also told me that your [redacted] will also call me about it, and I said "okay," then we hung up. My [redacted] said that he did not hit the truck anywhere. After your [redacted] gave us a call back, he was telling me the same thing and I told him to call the [redacted] to look at both our truck and your garage. Your [redacted] was also being extremely rude to me, and I told him to give me a call back when he decides to talk nicely, then I hung up. I told my [redacted] to call your [redacted], to tell him that he did not hit. Mr. [redacted] was rude to him as well and told him that he is going to call the [redacted] to let the [redacted] know that he hit and run, and he is going to lock him up. Lastly, we called the [redacted] and explained the situation, and the [redacted] said no one called in to report a hit and run from Mr. [redacted]. The [redacted] said that he was a property damage, we won't lock you up. Also, our truck has no damage of proof that it got hit.
However, thank you once again for doing a business with Apartment Movers.

I know that you are concerned that the job took longer than you've expected. It will usually depend on how much stuff you have and how ready you are as well as how busy you keep our movers. You had two full truck load delivered to your new home and you called us that you also...

would want your refrigerator to be moved, so the very next day we moved it with free of charge after we finish your move the day before. Usually a move like yours with two loads of truck back and forth would take this long and will cost this much. Maybe when we moved you back then, you did not have this much stuff that you have now. We also made an exception with your refrigerator to make you happy since we would love to make all of our customers satisfied.
