This letter is in regards to a complaint submitted by [redacted] ID 11576245.Mr. [redacted] called wanting a safety check done on his 2005 Suzuki GSXR 750, complaining about a dangerous "wobble" at high speeds. The following day [redacted] called saying he fell down on his motorcycle do too the front...

brake system locking up. I assured him that we would be more than happy to transport his motorcycle for him to save him money. He also was never charged for the transport. After our technician had [redacted]'s motorcycle on our lift we quickly realized that his front tire was completely worn out and would most likely be the reason for the "wobble" that Mr. [redacted] explained. We didn't guarantee that the "wobble" was 100% from the bald tire. With further inspection we found the seals in the front calipers were swollen most likely from someone installing the improper brake fluid in the system, which is why the brakes were locked up. We replaced all the seals in the front calipers, replaced the brake fluid in the brake system and installed a brand new front tire on [redacted]'s motorcycle. About two days later Mr. [redacted] came back accusing us of scratching his front fender and spilling brake fluid on his tank and side of his fairing. We did neither I believe we were more than fair with Mr. [redacted]. He was also told that his master cylinder more than likely would have to be rebuilt. We let him know we would be happy to rebuild it for him. Our Integrity is very high and we acknowledge any mistakes we make.
