STAY AWAY - If I could, I'd give them -10 stars!
If you own a motorbike, especially a Harley, stay away from this place, these people are a joke. The owner is dishonest and the kids that are supposed to be mechanics don't know the difference between handlebar and wheel. I took my bike there to get new fork seals, only because every other shop I called couldn't get to my bike for at least 2 weeks. That should have been my clue not to go here, as they had "plenty of time." They did change the fork seals, which seem to be holding up 2 monthS later, but overcharged and didn't tell me the full cost (which jumped by $75) when giving me the estimate. UPDATE ... THE FORK SEALS ARE LEAKING AFTER LESS THAN 3 MONTHS.

The bike was also having an electical issue since the left side blinkers weren't flashing and the headlight wasn't working. The kid who looked at it didn't want to do the work, so he made up a story about the handle bar being cracked and they couldn't deal with that. He said, "if you put your finger under the handlebar, youcan feel a rough crack on the bar. He didn't look under the bar, just stuck his finger under there. I looked under the bar and saw the edge of a zip-tie that had a rough edge, that's what this kid felt and made up a ridiculous story. After taking the bike to a real Harley shop, we took off the tank and found a loose connection, which when properly connected fixed my light issues. Those young kids at this shop haven't enough experience to take out the trash. The owner could care less, she pays them less because of their age.

3 months later the fork seals are leaking again .. clearly they used the wrong soxed seals. I call the company and the lady answered (half asleep in the middle of the day) and said the shop had closed for 6 weeks during summer and she was trying to reach her moto mechanic. She said she would look up my invoice and call me back. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I called today and no answer. The phone answering message states emphatically, that "we don't accept messages, if we don't answer it's because were' closed or with a customer... call another time." What legitimate company does that? How incredibly unprofessional! Since the seals are leaking, now my front brake is saturated in oil and doesn't work properly, so it also has to be changed now. I'm guessing they will say they aren't responsible for that.

1. Had *** quad for almost 6 weeks before diagnosis was made. Calls were not returned regarding status of issue. We had to actually go to the repair shop for updates.
2. Received quote for $500, and it was $189 over budget without notice.
3. Fluids were not topped off as quoted on the invoice.
4. Gas tank protective covering not re-connected properly and started rubbing a hole in the gas tank.
