Review: On 4-26-13 mr. martin of martin's plumbing installed 2 shower fixtures in my home that I bought and had waiting for him to install. I paid him $600 for the shower fixture work plus taking out a few tiles and cutting a small hole in dry wall to access pipes for one of the installations. [redacted] agreed to return the following Monday. he was to remove 2 toilets and install both new ones for an additional charge of $200. we bought the toilets and had them ready for installation upon his request. I called [redacted] over the week-end and again on Monday twice. he didn't return my call and we haven't heard from him. [redacted] advertises "senior rates". I had another master plumber install both toilets for $75 inclusive. In my opinion, this is a breach of service issues and integrity. [redacted]Desired Settlement: would like the above complaint registered with [redacted] and Revdex.com. Would like a letter of explanation from [redacted] re: lack of return phone calls, not returning for toilet work and explanation of "senior rates."I also w/post on [redacted] since his business is listed there.
