In response to the Claim, please note that the survey upon delivery is on a voluntary basis. The purchaser had discovered the 2007 [redacted] equipped with a standard shift and over 140,800 miles on the odometer. The purchaser looked up the vehicle on the website where the vehicles price was...

listed and properly disclosed was the following: Does not include tax title or doc fee, Call dealer for details. Disclaimer Sales Tax, Title, License Fee, Registration Fee, Dealer Documentary Fee, Finance Charges, Emission Testing Fees and Compliance Fees are additional to the advertised price. The purchaser offered to pay cash and quibbled about the sale price. The purchaser received a one thousand dollar consideration from the advertised price. The purchaser was told up front that tires had been ordered for the [redacted] previous to his first visit. The tires 4 [redacted] 255/70/R18 mounted were assured for the purchaser as he wanted to note that his son did not want tiny tires as replacement tires. At no time was it agreed upon in writing, verbally or otherwise that additional consideration for new tires. The tires that we ordered specifically for this [redacted] before the customers first visit were an identical match with 89% life expectancy before replacement was required. These replacement tires passed Mass. Safety Inspection. The purchaser was provided in addition to $1000.00 additional savings from the sale price and 4 [redacted] 255/70/R18 mounted, a free at no cost to the purchaser $0.00 dollars, free 3 year 50,000 mile warranty. The Ma. Lemon Law State Mandated limited used vehicle warranty is clearly printed on the vehicle window label and it is dealer policy not to be removed by anyone other than the new registered owner. The purchaser asked for the stickers to be removed and the request was respectfully denied and the reason explained. He drove the vehicle from the lot with them affixed. I may add that it is policy to present the certification process, warranty and Ma. limited Used Vehicle warranty before every test drive as it is clearly a value well worth pointing out. In fact at the time of delivery the purchaser is explained 3 times and we require 3 signatures disclosing the Ma. Limited Used vehicle warranty with large print stating that 124999 miles exceeds the ma. Limited Used Vehicle Warranty. Lastly, It is prudent only to the purchaser that the owner information is electronically inputted and printed at the time of actual delivery. The purchaser must initial 5 times stating the conditions of such free protection is understood by the purchaser, and a signature is required. It is also prudent for the purchaser to be fully disclosed that additional coverage is available in addition to the selling price and they may except or decline this offering. The purchaser may at anytime request that we purchase the [redacted] from the owner or certainly trade it for another vehicle from our inventory.

[redacted] [redacted] has received by certified mail the return of the registration he used as collateral. No other documents are required of the dealers send to [redacted] [redacted]..

an auto loan. All paperwork had been completed by seller and purchasers and titles assigned. The loan was secured with tax and title included. The purchasers requested that the seller at no charge perform the registration of their purchase with a transfer of plate registered to  [redacted] (registered owner)As a courtesy the seller employed a runner to pay 6.25% **. sales tax to the Commonwealth of **. and then drive to the State of RI to Cranston, and have a vin check to then go to the RI DMV to complete the regitration to  [redacted]. A request by Ms. [redacted] was **de to swap vehicles in Rhode Island and another request was made to drive the purchased vehicle to Waltham to exchange collateral. After the runner travelled two states and several towns arriving in Waltham to find that she was not there, Ms. [redacted] demanded the vehicle get to her in Boston and if it was not she did not want the vehicle. No problem. It is our core policy that we(seller) will buy back a vehicle for any reason if the purchaser does not want it.The seller requested  after being informed by the purchaser, they would put stop payment on the downpayment. The seller requested to be reimbursed the sales tax paid on their behalf. Sales Tax abatement forms can be downloaded by anyone requesting an abatement from the State of **. at www.**.gov.com/. The seller did download and provide the purchaser this form as the seller employed a runner to pick up the funds from Ms. [redacted] as she requested. At this time there has not been any written requests from the Purchasers. No problem. We certainly wish [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] well with their purchase at the next dealer they do business with. The seller will purchase the vehicle contract from the bank and return by certified **il the assignment of title to the 98 [redacted]. dealer. The selling dealer had sent the proceeds of the cancelled warranty to Ms. [redacted]'s Lienholder, [redacted]. These proceeds had been mailed regular mail,to the Leinholder with a check payable to [redacted] with Ms. [redacted]s Account number listed on the check. There was no deceitfulness on the part of the selling dealer. To correct my original claim, my car did not overheat on the 14th. It overheated on the 5th in which I was seconds from my home after coming home from work. The [redacted] was towed on Nov. 8th from my house to the dealership, roughly 3 weeks after the vehicle purchase, where eventually they found the radiator filled with water and the serpentine belt installed incorrectly. For me to have spoken  with you on the 8th, telling you the car was running fine is impossible. I did not drive the vehicle while this was happening. Before I purchased the vehicle, I asked [redacted] as to what kind of inspection they did to the car and if they fixed anything, since you claim your cars are certified. He did not give me much of an answer, and I wasn't ever given any paperwork to show me the car was certified. For there to be no coolant in the system and the serpentine belt being installed incorrectly leads me to believe you guys did not thoroughly inspect the car before it was driven off the lot. This whole process has been a complete headache and I've had nothing but problems with this car in the very short time I've had it. For me to have to come up with several grand to buy and have someone install an engine, when I've owned the car less than 3 months, is absolutely absurd. I have done nothing to cause the car to overheat or for the engine to crack. If the radiator was filled coolant instead of plain water, and the serpentine belt installed on the pullies correctly, I dont think I would be going through this nightmare. ]

[redacted] sent my warranty refund to the lien holder ([redacted]) of $942.00. I am concerned to why it has been sent to [redacted] when I am the person who paid for my warranty. I never agreed to or authorize [redacted] to send a check to [redacted]. I was aware that I'd be the one receiving my warranty check. I called [redacted] 02/29/2016 at 1:11 PM and spoke to [redacted], she told me that they won't be able to send my check to me because [redacted] should've sent it to me. With that being said, I still haven't received my [redacted] insurance refund of $695.00. I paid for my [redacted] insurance and [redacted] failed to add it to my vehicle. So I'm expecting my [redacted] insurance refund of $695.00. So, when will I be expecting it? FYI: I'll be waiting for it. Please don't send out my check to [redacted]. Thank you.
