I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Floor Manager was called by check- out employee and Floor Manager cancelled this charge. A past overcharge was cancelled at the customer service desk. Is their no communication between managers to managers and managers to employees at this store?  I  can't be the only customer complaining about this. Why should I, the customer be burdened further by specifically requesting the Manager - on - Duty?
