My husband and I had a negative experience with the Operations Manager I have never spoken with the representative of a company who did not care whether or not you returned to their business We had an issue with my husband's car He allowed them to flush the radiator and experienced a leak after it was flushed He could smell antifreeze and took the car back to them the same day They told him that they had spilled antifreeze on the car while they performed the service He continued to smell antifreeze for months after and they only reason the car continued to function was because he still took it to them for regular service where they would replace the fluid He eventually had to replace the radiator almost two years later We waited too long to resolve this issue and I understand that it is now difficult to prove that they were negligent with anything I would like to comment on the conversation with the General Manager, Robert, who asked us to send receipts for the new radiator to later offer no resolution because of the time period Our entire conversation lasted about minutes before he told me that he was too busy to continue speaking with me and he hung up the phone while I was still speakingWow! That's a first for me I can write a long comment about our conversation but these are the things that were the most shocking Robert did not care that we had been long-time customers there who had spent alot of money on car services Robert in no way tried to keep our business, mentioning the million cars that Jiffy Lube services I guess losing our one would not matter Robert thought his time was more important than mine and hung up on me I too was at work while speaking to him I was not disrespectful to him nor did I use inappropriate language while speaking with him This is the problem when you deal with big businesses This is a lesson to us all to support local businesses who are more willing to help you resolve an issue and most importantly keep your business We will not be giving another penny to any Jiffy Lube I can certainly get over not getting any money back for the repairs we had to pay for, but it's definitely not okay to treat people as if their business doesn't matter because you'll have millions of others that'll make up for that
