Ben has helped me with my laptop, phone and tablet and did it in a way that I understand instead of talking over my head since I'm not very computer savvy. I was able to get an appointment with him at his store in a very timely manner. He also helped me later by remoting into my computer, which was great, since I wasn't sure how to fix the problem on my own and I didn't even have to leave my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
