Martme made my purchase experience a real hell. I thought to seek further help with authorities because they state many information on their website that are not true, such has having a customer service active 24/7. They should not be able to state something false just with the purpose of getting more customers but not maintain the promised services!
Please don't buy from this store, ever! You will save yourself a huge headache!
In my specific case, I realized that at the time of the order I typed the delivery address correctly but one digit of the zip code was not right. I called every day for 5 days and nobody has ever answered or followed up after the many voice mail messages that I left.
I tried to email them but I receive the error message saying that the email address didn't exist!
I really thought I was going to lose my money but luckily I received the order.
They never contacted me to follow up on my calls and the name on the box was not mine! It was a random invented name! Initially I thought the box was delivered by mistake to my house but then I matched the tracking number and I realized it was my order.
Worst experience online ever!

DO NOT ORDER!!! I ordered from them, then received a fake tracking number saying it was delivered. Checked the tracking number and it stated it was delivered a week before I received the email. Checked with my post office and they told me the tracking number is invalid. Tried contacting the website, their email for support is invalid, customer service number goes straight to a voicemail. I never received any respond. Had to file a claim with PayPal, they ruled in my favor and am awaiting my refund. Now I can’t even access the website, I believe they’ve blocked my IP address. They deserve negative stars

This appears to be a fraudulent website. Never received my item, no support at all.

Placed 2 orders with this company. They are located per their contact information in the US. The first order was fast, seamless. Unfortunately, the second order has not gone the same. I ordered four (4) toys, they shipped me three(3). I have made numerous calls to the number listed On their site-it never goes through to an individual or a company. I have sent emails and they are returned as “non-deliverable”. I am out the money for the toy and have tried over a week but have not gotten any response. Hoping Paypal can assist. Based on my second order, I would NOT RECOMMEND doing business with this company. .

There is zero customer service, nobody answers the phone, email address does not exist it gets kicked back as a non deliverable and the website errors when trying enter a problem. This is unacceptable. They did not ship out my product and charged paypal. I should have know when they take paypal only. This site is a scam and should be shut down.

Zero star. Horrible, do not order. They cannot be reached. They sent me incorrect tracking number, and there is no way to contact them. Phone does not work. Email is bouncing back. I guess I lost my money now. I am trying to contact Paypal for refund.

This is a fraudulent website. I have tried to get a refund through paypal for over a month with no success.

I ordered something online from this company. I have been trying to reach them to change the delivery address. The only way to contact them is through email or to call a phone number. I tried to send an email it came back delivery unknown. I tried to call the phone number and have left messages for 4 days it only goes to a Google voicemail. I have no way to contact this company I'm feeling like something might be fishy and I want this checked out. When I looked up the address it shows a person's home

I would give no stars if possible. No one answers phone or email. No contact info provided through PayPal. Shame on them as well. Nonexistent customer service. Poor excuse for a retailer.

it will arrive in 5-7 days. This amount of time came & went. I then checked and it takes 8-12 business days for them to process your order then an additional 5-7 days to receive after they
ship your order.
I tried to call them to cancel my order and you do not get to talk to anyone. You get "Please state your name and Google Voice will try and connect you". I did this and it rings four times and then states "The person you tried to reach is unavailable please leave a message and we will call you back.
If you decide to email them it states it will take 1-3 days to receive a response.

Wrong product send can not contact company by email or telephone number given

Ordered from site, never received confirmation email and have only received partial order. All emails and phone numbers are ghost and don't work! Have been trying to contact for over a week to no avail! Don't know if company is real or a scam, but I wasn't able to find it on ***!
