Marty Auto Sales Sold a VW Jetta 1.9L TDI on 1/18/I requested a Disable car tag and I submitted copy of the Handicap permitThe Car tag was not received by 2/21/and He Issued me a tempt tag FL*** WITH EXPIRATION DATE 2/12/Because the tags where not received by 2/10/another tempt tag FL *** with expiration of 3/12/was issuedMarty Auto Sales said that the he mailed the tags and the tags where returned to him twiceI do not believe his statement because he did not show me the postal envelope with the return tagsI Drove miles(one way) to his business place and got the tags from himNever the less he did not get the disable tagsI had to pay the DMV $for a tag change

Have a ties the vehicle on craigslist as for sale by owner was 114,miles ignored my requests to see the title give me a Vin number or a Carfax report the vehicle ended up having 206,miles asking if they made any repairs or change to the vehicle they indicated no sound at the vehicle at 206,miles they been found guilty of odometer tampering or fraud by the DMV, still awaiting the district attorney's decision and will be taking them to court with my attorney in less than a week under federal and state charges for civil damages of $25,000! It's a third-degree felony under federal and state law! I have tried to send them certified mail, they have refused to sign for it every fused to cooperate with my demand of a full refund and for me to keep the vehicle which is useless to me at this point! Now they're facing felony charges fines from the DMV and possible civil damages court costs and attorneys fees in excess of $30, And possible prison time! Ss Moises V***, Joseph, Miguel L***
