I took my camera Pentax to repair,costs $dollars.They told me if pay in cash will without fee and tx,therefore,I paid in cash.And they don't have receipt for this And I found the camera still no works at that time.They told me,the person who fix the camera was not in the store,I could take camera back home and call them to make an appointment to take it look and discuss with this situation However,everyday I call,they just told me the person will be there "tomorrow or next week",it turns out,the person seems like never show up And I asked it could full amount refund,they told me "will see,okay?" with very bad attitude

in to get her camera repair, it was a small point and shoot camera worth about $retail valueThe camera had a damaged lens, so it needed to be replaced with a new oneOnce we were given the okay to begin the repair, we ordered the partIt took about 7-days until we received the partOnce we got the lens in we began the repair however the camera was not accepting the new lensOur assumption was the lens was defective, so we proceeded to contact the manufacture with another lensWhen we spoke to the company rep, they first advised us that these problems were extremely common in Nikon point and shoot camerasThey said they would send us out another part, however since the customer dropped the camera, there could be another issue as a result of the impact that could result in the lens not being accepted by the cameraWe had to pay for another lens, taking a chance and hoping this one would workWe waited over weeks from the manufacture to get this partOnce we finally got it in, we began the repair, and once again the camera was still not functioningAfter a failing repair the 2nd time, it was to our best knowledge that other parts in this camera were damaged from the impactSince the customer waited over a month to get this, we told her we would replace the entire camera for her and provide her with a brand new model from the companyIt was not in our control when the parts would arrive, we tried our best to fix it for her within 7-days which is the average time for a repairIn total our company lost $for this repairThirty dollars each for the lenses the manufacture sent us and $to replace the cameraIf we would, we would have had it ready for her within a weekSometimes the manufactures fail to do t heir part and as a result we are to blame since it is our shopWe once again apologize for the delay in your repairWe also stopped doing business with that manufacture as a result of their negligence

I gave them my camera, a canon G12, on 1/**/for repairsI called them a couple of times every month to find out what is going on with my camera and every time they had an excuse of what is delaying themThe last contact I had with them was in aug/sept where they told me that they sent my camera for analysis to another business and they will call me as soon as it come back, but I never got a callback
I found out a few days back (11/**) that their office is officially closed and I never got my cameraThey never once called me and I was never informed of the status of my camera or even that the store was closingI called them after I found out (from ***) and their number is now disconnected

I brought my camera in for repair in December They told me I'd get an estimate in 2-daysI waited at least a week and calledThey said $and I authorized the repairThey said it would take a week and they would call me when it's repairedThey never calledIn the following 2+ months I called numerous times and each time they would make another excuse as to why it wasn't readyEach time they told me they would callWhen I finally told them I'm picking up my camera unrepaired they said they'd have it the next dayAt this point I got suspicious but went to get my cameraThey gave me the camera without the camera case I left attached to the camera and memory cardI went home and called when I realized there was no camera case or memory cardThey said they'd look for itAgain a couple of weeks and when they said to pick it up it was a different bag entirelyWhen I asked about my bag they said they couldn't find itOf course at this point I knew that my suspicions that
