I received a business card from an acquaintance in regard to getting some seats recovered in my [redacted] I called Dan G [redacted] and he offered to come by my home and take a look at the carI had to leather and only needed it installedHe said he could fit me into the schedule for the upcoming Friday if I provided at deposit of $He estimated it would be complete by the following SundayHE asked that I call on Thursday to firm up a drop-off time on FridayI did so and he had to postpone until SaturdayI waited around all day Saturday for a call and eventually called texted MrG [redacted] He replied "Dan I'm sorry worked through the night to get a boat ready for the races just got home exhausted need to get a few hours sleep my apologies will call u later thanks Dan"This was the afternoon of SaturdayHe will not answer his texts or his phone and has cashed the $check for the deposit alreadyThis is theft

Hired Gentile to upholster seats and dash on a hot rodGave him a $depositAfter years no work was doneRetrieved my seats/dash and asked for deposit backNo responseTook him to small claims last August...needless to say he lostHe promised to send me paymentsStill waiting to get my any money back.....He will not respond as of July
The company came to consumers home on August 16, Picked up two couch cushions to be repairedConsumer paid in full $when the cushions were picked upThe cushions needed to be refilledRemove rims and repairConsumer phoned the company on August 20thConsumer was told there was a problem getting the materialAsked consumer to call back on August 24thAsked consumer to call again on August 26thConsumer called again on August 29thThe company stated they were finished and would deliver the cushions that eveningThe cushions were not deliveredThe company did not callWhen consumer called the company she was unable to leave a messageThe voice mail box was fullConsumer is now able to reach the companyThey do not show or call when they state they will return the cushionsConsumer receiving different excuses

*** *** took our $deposit last year to make a canvas cover for our boatAfter one year of not completing the job, he said he would do it this fall in Since he never completed the job we requested our deposit be returnedHe agreed and then after more than phone calls with him saying it would be next week, I do not believe he will return the money and we want $to be refunded for services he did not fulfill

I hired Dan G*** to upholster (separate sets) Chair’s of mineof the chairs had fabric that was being removed and used on the other two chairsBut I had chosen a leather for the replacement of the fabric and materials being usedWhen Dan picked the chairs up I gave him a $deposit (to get started ck# *** on 4/13/2017) purchasing new material for the insidesHe then brought me leather samples to choose from and I then gave him another deposit for ordering the fabric (6/7/ck#*** $825.00) he guaranteed me weeksAfter many texts, phone calls and chasing him downhe never respond and if he did it was a lie and a story of excuses why I still don’t have themI ran into him last week and made it clear of my anger, he dropped the chairs off in my driveway with no refund of the moneyThe chairs came back to me in the same exact condition they leftHe never touched them or used the money for what it was given to him forSoas of today he still owes m
