The request for refund includes not only parts that had nothing to do with the engine but for work that was completed corectlyall the work was done by a 15+ year expierenced HD mechanicdays since a 50$ payment towards a $parts bill and no im not going to continue to work on your motorcycle, good luck finding someone who will

The response by the Martyr Custom Cycles (MCC) is incoherent and inappropriate. They clearly were negligent, unresponsive and unprofessional. As an update, in the attached document are photos, estimates we finally got on 10/3/2015, chronological order of screenshots of all texted conversations with owner, also clearly showing we were the ones always contacting him, asking for updates, etc., invoice for parts we provided, proof of most of the checks paid and credit card receipts, reviews from other unsatisfied customers, and an update since original complaint filed, vis-a-vis the copy of a review, which we recount going to the Queens Creek Police Department to request their help in retrieving our property.  They called Jason, the owner, in front of us while there at their offices to verify that we would be by to pick up motorcycle that evening at 5:PM and that they would be escorting us. This vehicle was my husbands primary vehicle to and from work, and not having had it since May of 2015 has been a huge drain financially in comparison.  No comprehensive/competent work was ever done, no receipts for parts or outsourcing had ever been provided and the bike had same exact problem w/in 15 min of driving it on 6/20/2015.We respectfully request the $1,930.00 due back to us immediately.

regarding this complaint, we performed all the work and then some on this motorcycle, the customer had started to take apart the engine before we ever saw it so we had to putbit back together to begin to figure out what happened. everything they were charged for is in there posession, includeing a tire that was part of the bill she is looking for a refund on. this guy lives in my neibourhood nd I sold him the parts at a discount and also gave him a discount on labor to help him out. the problem with his engine is the crank shaft is out of true due to high mileage causing the oil pump to fail, we installed his new oil pump and new bearings to find this out. the engine needs a full rebuild and he cannot afford it so now its my fault. not only did I give him a discount on the work but bought with my money a good used engine that he was going to pay me &800 for, in 4 months I was paid 200$  so not a priority on my end and now here we are.
