Hi. Ms. [redacted]...yes this client did come into the salon and ask for a hair cut. My manager [redacted] who is also a hair stylist cut the client hair..[redacted] ask the client to show her where and how much she wanted her hair cut. [redacted] cut exactly where the client asked to cut her hair. When [redacted]...
was done she turned the chair around to show the client. The client was satisfied...paid then left..Then someone called and said the hair was to short...[redacted] ask for them to come back in...[redacted] asdume it was the girl...The mother then came in without the girl (client)..demanding the money back for the hair cut saying that her daughter's hair was to short..[redacted] then told the mother that she was only going to talk to the client because she ..the mother..was not her client...at this point the mother started to get mad and loud..then we called security. The girl then came in with her boyfriend both smelling of a strong oder of marjiauna..[redacted] offer the girl a gift certificate for $18. Which the boyfriend took it. ..they wanted back the cash....our policy in the store has a no return no refund posted on the front desk.the conversation was getting no where ...the girl just kept insulting. And yes the security then escort them out of the Mall . the girl then called and talk to me the owner...she wasn't statisfed on anything i was telling her..so then she started to insult my positions as a owner..I this point I ended the conversation with her..please feel free to call for more information.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The manager [redacted] physically SHOWED my mom where I wanted my hair and it’s no where near that. I told [redacted] and the owner of allure that she did mess up my hair and it was not what I wanted. I was never satisfied. Neither of these women seemed to be interested in my complaints. I got my hair fixed by a wonderful stylist at a different salon and she asked me if the stylist had JUST gotten out of beauty school and was completely shocked by how this “manager” cut my hair. I can’t think of a better explanation of how someone knew exactly where I wanted my hair and did the opposite. I told her no short layers and ALL the layers of my hair are short. I wanted it below my shoulders which she physically showed my mom. It’s ABOVE my shoulders. These women didn’t care about my complaints because it wasn’t their hair. My hair got fixed to a certain point. It’s still messed. It’s still too short. My boyfriend didn’t take the certificate. I want my money back for this huge inconvience the manager [redacted] gave me when I first went in and the huge inconvenience the manager was on the phone trying to change the subject off the basic bottom line. Her manager messed up my hair and she knew it. I reject this response because it is not right. I should have complained and not paid yes. However the manager and owner should understand where I’m coming from and be professional and give me money not argue with me and say this is what I wanted because it is not. This is not right and I want my refund for this hideous haircut that I have to look at everyday.
