Review: On or about 20 December 2013, one pizza was ordered from Marty's Pizza. The pizza was delivered in a satisfactory manner. However, Marty's charged twice for the pizza ($24 x 2) for only one pizza.The manager, "H[redacted]" has been contacted and been provided a copy of the bank statement showing two charges. Dispite repeated problems to, "see what I can do", the billing remains. $24 is owed back to complaintant.The charges cleared on 20 December 2013. The actual order may have taken place on 19 December. "H[redacted]" has been made aware of this fact.Desired Settlement: Give me $24 back.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9875113, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The Acting Manager and I spoke on 22 January 2014. He has agreed to refund the $24 originally asked for and shown to be in the overcharge.
