Review: Last week myself and my coworker took time that was available from a conference we were attending to visit Arlington National Cemetery. She has a mobility impairment (walker). I use a manual wheelchair. We were given 8 minutes to travel up a huge hill and see 4 sites around the eternal flame. We were told prior to exiting that if we couldn't make it back in time just "catch the next shuttle". We waited and a shuttle came. It was not accessible. We were told the next would be available in 10 minutes. 55 minutes later--still no accessible shuttle. We waited and waited with no apology or any response as to why we waited from the driver when he finally arrived. We could not see the next stops we had paid for as our time had by that time run out nor did we have any alternative to exit the cemetery than to wait. We also missed our conference dinner. There is no excuse for this. The other driver stated there was no valid reason we had to wait as the next shuttle was to have come but didn't.Desired Settlement: Refund and written apology for both myself and my coworker as to the reason that this issue took place.

I am rejecting this response because there has been no reimbursement received still and no acknowledgement of any issue just more excuses as to what I was supposedly supposed to do which I did do. There was NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE shuttle that returned to pick us up for 55 minutes. So to state that if you miss getting back on the shuttle you were on after the 8 minute stop was what I was to do when it was stated that "no worries if you miss that one--another comes along shortly after" does not mean 55 minutes later. None of the other drivers that showed up in the non accessible shuttles were even aware of where the accessible one was. They said it was "supposed to have been running". We had 2 hours planned for the tour which should have been even more than enough time had we not been left.
