To whom it may concern: The consumer contacted Maruchan through our website on October 20, 2015, and comments were made of what had happened concerning our products that they had purchasedWe responded back to the consumer on October 20, via email and asked a series of questions in order
to obtain more informationPlease note below the questions that were asked of the consumer as follows: 1) What is the lot code and/or best by date of the product2) What are the UPC codes for all the Instant Lunch items3) What are the flavors of the products purchased4) When was the product purchased5) Where was the product purchased6) Do you still have the objects and any remaining packaging and if so, we would like to arrange for the product to be returned to our Product Integrity Department for inspection7) Please feel free to attach video/pictures to the email8) Would you like to receive coupons to replace your lost product Also, we phoned the consumer on October 28, and spoke with them brieflyFrom the conversation it was found that there were remaining cups and we mailed a Retrieval Kit along with several coupons to replace their lost productThe Retrieval Kit was received from the consumer on November 17, 2015, and it was noted in our system as received along with the date of receiptThis matter concerning our products was resolved directly with the consumerShould you require more information we will be more than happy to assist, or if there is a need to contact us directly, please note our contact details below. *** ***
