I sent this company a deposit of *** to secure a loan and they never funded the loan nor refunded my money.
In February 2020 I spoke to *** at XXX-XXX-XXXX about a loan for *** Loan was approved. She told me I had to secure the loan with 3 months payment. *** After I sent them the money she said I owed more money because my credit score had changed. I told her to cancel the loan and refund my money. She then said I had to wait 30 days for my refund. It is now July 21, 2020 and I still have not gotten my money back, nor can I contact her by phone or email. Her number is XXX-XXX-XXXX.
I was offered a loan had to send them over 1600 as collateral never got the loan or a refund several calls no answer email address is invalid
I was offered a loan by this company and dealt with *** sent over *** as collateral. The first 675 would cover the first 3 month payment. They came back and asked for more money at that point told them I didn't have it was told to borrow from a friend. I said no I want my money back was told would take 30 days. Then *** called me and said he got me another lender I would have the loan by March 20th. I have gotten nothing from them. I have called well over 20 times no answer goes to voicemail no call backs no loan no refund. This company is a scam I have all the emails between *** and myself. I would like my money back. Do not do business with this company at all.
My money returned to me
This business is a scam. They asked me to send money for a secured loan and after the agreement was signed they asked for more money. I sent them my last to get the loan and I didn't have anymore. They asked me to get money from a friend and I told them I couldn't so I began to ask for a refund. After them prolonging the conversation about my refund they said my refund would come in 30 days, but it never came. The receptionist Adriana Ellis and the "loan expert" Harold Mathews are no help and are making my experience with them extremely difficult. They gave me hope during a vulnerable time and I know next time not to trust every business just because they have a "website".
I don't want anyone to fall in my footsteps.
On 2/27/2020 I *** applies for a Personal Loan online and a representative named *** contacted me saying I was approved for a $*** loan and needed my statements and also collateral payment because I have bad credit . So I agreed sent the paperwork signed a contract and sent the $675 which was 3 months payment up front. Then I was told the $*** would be in my account within 30 minutes ....hours passed by and *** told me she didn't know what the delay was!
Finally by Thursday 4pm her time zone she told me the lendor is (someone named Adrian Forbes from the Bronx) . So I said why and how come I wasn't told this before. She said it's on the contract that they can ask for more $. So I Zelle another $675 (total $***) which was my rent money... she said ok tour $***
Loan will be in your account by midnight Friday morning. I said please because my account will go negative due to me paying rent with that $***. *** said no problem.
Well midnight came and gone! I waited till 11:30am NY to call her in CA and she didn't answer . Finally she emails me that she will be in touch with me soon. By 2pm Friday she tells me the Lendor now wants another $400 for a transfer fee!
I didn't pay any fees to send to him and this was not discussed it was not in a contract! I have been scammed!!!!!!
I told her refund me the $*** ASAP. *** says she has to talk to lendor she isn't sure how it will be done
No answer till Monday! She now says it can take up to 30 days to refund me'! I Zelle then in minutes but it takes a month to return it... I have the guys address and bank account # in the Bronx but don't know what to do! I was robbed for sure !!!

Refund I would like the refund now! I have no $$ and I am in trouble ....
After review of this complaint, we find that had *** requested a refund no matter the circumstances one would have been granted, however after close review of the case file a refund was never requested by him. *** will be contacting *** immediately to rectify this situation.

its a lie I did request a refund on the phone Feb 28 and by email I have the emails to prove it. First Lori said she has no idea of when I would get it. Then next day she said its policy could take 30 days but she wasnt sure. I told her it was urgent cause my account was negative and it was my rent money. only reason I used it was she told me dont worry you will be funded and I will have a good nights sleep. I have that on email as well. yesterday she told me I BETTER contact Revdex.com and change my complaint...I said I BETTER? or what will happen to me? very professional way of talking... BTW the emails sent were sent to Lori and Adrian the name on the account that I sent the money to. I have his name, address and bank account info in the Bronx.
