His job is now complete. the lights are installed.I don't believe this should be a complaint. the customer is correct by saying it took several attempts to install their awning. Their awning was scheduled to be installed in the wall of their porch. After trying to install it,
we couldn't find efficient enough studs in their porch. we had to come back and try another method of installing. Usually at this point, we charge the homeowner because it's Not Designer Awnings responsibility for the integrity of the homeowners house. we did not charge them at all for any of the additional attempts to install.After the second time we where unable to install, we decided to order soffit mount brackets. This was again a big upcharge that we paid for and did not pass it onto the homeowner. Once installed, the lights where back ordered we did receive the lights and they are installed. My installer said the homeowner was very pleasant the entire time during this process.we are truly sorry for any inconveinance but we are asking that the homeowner recant their complaint. We have been in business for years and I will be truly disappointed that this will be on my record for three years even though the complaint has been resolved Sincerely, Dario T***
