After almost two months of trying to get a part replacement I have made an appointment with another plumberThey treat their customers poorly! We used Marv's for a home sale inspection, they were on the list and since we are new the area it seemed using their services would be fineAlso our realtor said she like working with them ( What a Hack)They did the inspection and it was determined that I would pay for some work and the seller would pay as wellThey came in and did the work except for one part, it was on back orderWe closed and then we moved in, one month later I called Marv's to find out if the part had arrived for replacementThe receptionist said that part was in and we made an appointmentI got time off form work and arrived home to then waitThe plumber was late and I was about to call when my cell rang, it was the plumber from Marv"s who said, " they were sent the wrong part"Ok so we rescheduledTwo weeks later, I called and they new receptionist was unprepared to help me in any wayShe then had to call the plumber Chris who then had to explain to her the situationWhat a mess! We made an appointment for a week an half out, for the install of the partI then called the day before to make sure the appointment was still onI was told, yes it isThen on the day of the install appointment I was called and told the part was not shipped to the right customer!!!!! are you kidding! I was told that they would have to reorder it form the vender and it might be in tomorrow and the appointment will have to be rescheduled to next weekI told the person on the phone that I had already taken the later part of the day off from work! I have to work as wellI was then told by the guy on the phone, who by the way know nothing, was unhelpful, had no service skills and very willing to blame this on the vender, and not take any responsibility to their bad customer service, he said well we have to see what the vender can do and this part is not located in the local box storesI basically said, it gets fixed tomorrow or I get a refundI am not sure he understood that I may be fighting with these guys for a refund, they seemed to be the type to not do that I would not use their services for anything, they are not very professional and cant handle situations like mine in a professional mannerThey do not call you and cant keep track of incoming stock ordersthere are other plumbers in town I suggest use them first

Revdex.com S County Road 5, Ste Fort Collins, CO 80528Re: Complaint ID *** *** *** Dear Revdex.com,Mr***'s tenant, *** *** called us for service on 12/30/Her call came in after hoursThe tenant of Mr*** told us that her furnace was not
workingOur technician went out to Mr***'s tenant's home and fount debris to be present on the pressure switchOur technician cleaned the pressure switchHe also inspected a few other components of the furnace and proceeded to fire the furnace up multiple timesThe furnace fired up on all occasions without incident. Marv's Plumbing & Heating charges an after hours charge of $along with our hourly rate of $In this instance, our technician collected $from *** ***, the tenant. Mr*** called me personally a few days later to question the chargesI let him know that the price that our technician assessed was in fact accurateWe charge a minimum of $per hour with an hour minimumMr*** was frustrated as he said our technician was only there for minutes or soI explained to him that there was an hour charge minimum and that the $flat rate after hours call was correct. I told Mr*** that we notified the customer (in this case his tenant who called in for service and who paid us afterward) of the hourly rate as well as the $after hours chargeI told him that, in the future, he may want to let his tenant/s know that they need to get his approval prior to ordering services such as thisI believe he was frustrated that his tenant called us and took it upon herself to order service (after hours which is more expensive) and pay us, expecting a credit off of rent for the expenses paid. Apparently, the furnace is still having an issue. Unfortunately, there was nothing to warranty as we did not change out any partsWe simply cleaned the flame sensor at which point the furnace fired up on multiple tests. Several days later, Mr*** came into our office and cursed at any and all employees in our office, including the three ladies who work in our officeHe verbally yelled and abused everyone including my managers and meI have dealt with customers who have been verbally abusivei can handle itIn this case, however, he also physically threatened my HVAC manager and meSeveral employees were shaken enough with the unfortunate incident that I ended up calling the *** Police Department to file an incident report. We provided the service that was requested for the correct amountsThere are no refunds due to Mr*** or his tenantWe will not service Mr*** in the future under any circumstances. Re: ID ***
Our mechanic had to access the crawl space through a window well under a deck that had a board covering
the hole with a brick on topWe accessed the crawl space and repaired a frozen and broke lineAt this time we left and put the board and the brick back as we found itWhen our mechanic went under the crawl space there was a live cat down there already and a dead oneWe did not let the the live cat or the dead cat in so they must have been getting in somewhere before we got thereThere must be another way in to the crawl spaceEither way we did not leave the residence different then we found itMy service manager mentioned she should seal any holes in the crawl space from the inside to make sure there isn't any access.
We repaired a leak that was caused by freezing and breaking so that alone tells me there has to be some cold air getting in some where.
We sympathize with their problem but we did not cause it by using their access that they have set up.
Sincerely,
*** *** President
