To Whom It May Concern: On May 11, it is true *** *** did come in with some tires she had purchases elsewhere to have our tire shop switch them onto her rimsShe did also come back that same day at a time when we were extremely busy and WITHOUT closely looking at the rims I did say we
would repair the rims if we had done the damageMONTHS later *** *** came back wanting to have the job doneAfter examining the rims I realized that the damage DID NOT come from the tire machine and that the rims had been "curbed"- I tried to explain this to *** *** and she became pushy and as I have been a little busy and did not have the time to deal with this I did cuss and proceeded to APOLOGIZE for cussing and suggested that she take them to Les Schwab and have them look at the rims and they would say the same thingOur tire machine cannot do the damage that was done to her rims and I did suggest that we could put a different rim on the machine and I could prove that it wasn't my machineAnother concern I have is she mentioned that people had performed the process and how could different machines do the same damage on all wheels? My receptionist does not have my insurance information so she gave *** *** my home/wife's phone number thinking that I had told her to get that information to her*** NEVER did leave a message on *** phone numberWe do have records with AT & T that can prove this if need beThank you, Ron W***
