Marvel Appliances Service

We purchased a new wine cooler and ice maker from Marvel. Both came in in need of repair before we even got to use them. The ice maker started forming ice around the inside rim of the maker. The wine cooler had a bent handle, a dent in one side and the other side was bowed. I contacted Marvel and requested new appliances. They refused and said they would replace the door on the wine cooler and put in a new gasket on the ice maker. I requested compensation for the items in that we purchased NEW appliances and both were damaged before we even had a chance to use them. They refused. Terrible customer service and products. The repair person even told me that it was a terrible product, very cheaply made. Stay away from Marvel.

I bought a new Ice Maker and Wine Cooler from Marvel. The Wine Cooler came in with a bent handle, a dent on one side and a bowed other side. When we started to use the Ice Maker, ice began to form on the inside of the rim of the appliance. I contacted both the dealer and Marvel. After giving me a hard time, they sent someone out and replad the door on the Wine Cooler and the gasket on the Ice Maker. I requested some compensation for each because they were supposed to be new and they both needed repair before I even had a chance to use them. They refused. Terrible company and product. The repair person even told me that the company makes a terrible product and that we should have bought another brand. Stay away from Marvel.

I hired this company for an appliance repairIt has been a nightmare! They rescheduled my appointment many times finding all kind of excusesi had different people coming to my home for the same repair...they are not professional, and unreliableThey dont return your calls no matter how many messages you leave and they make you wait for hours not concerned if you have a job or not...they are expensive and the whole experience has been really badI do not recommend to use this company to anyone, they have the worse customer service ever!
