Poor customer service and reporting inaccurate information to credit bureaus
I opened a personal loan with this banking institution back in September of Loan was paid in full around October/November of To date, my credit report shows the loan is still open and that I have a balance & also shows my last payment received was in August of This is all incorrectContacted the bank for assistance and the rude tellers advised me to dispute with credit bureausI've done so a total of times to have this corrected and it still isn't
