I was unable to pay through the website and they asked me to pay a private account through payoneer and then pay pal. The work was incorrect and cheap I asked for a refund and they just sent me more samples. I am currently trying to get a refund but they are not responding at all. They have a money back guarantee but do NOT honor it. DO NOT Use this "logo" company at all!

Review: I contacted the company three times regarding me not being satisfied with the work they performed. After repetively receiving no response from the company, or any new workart, then I requested a full refund per their company's policy and contract agreement, and never received any responses. I provided the company ample enough time to resolve the issues (8 months now), informed the company that I would file a complaint with the Better Business Burea if I did not receive a response the last time I attempted to get a refund of my money, and still no response.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my money, and for the company to be penalized for running a SCAM and STEALING peoples money.
