I just recieved the letter and was informed of this fortunate eventI went ahead and call [redacted] back on the phone number listed on the back of the letter : value="+18476369195" target="_blank" #1155cc;"> [redacted] I left her a message regarding resolving the issueI also stated that she needs to come back into Marvel Nails in order to receive the full refund of $I would like to also let her know I freaked out when I saw the letter, the bag is there to hold USED files and throw it out at the end of the dayI also went ahead and told the nail technician to trash all of his brushes and buy new onesI would like to further advise her to voice her concerns as she sees it while she's in the salon in order to prevent any mishaphs in the future with any other salon Best regards, [redacted] Manager

Nails and Salon contact me regarding a *** review I wrote on March
31, ***, the manager, left a voice message stating she
received a letter and saw my review on ***She explained that she
was not aware that there was an issue at the station where I was
getting my manicureOtherwise she would have handled the issue on
the day of the manicure, March 31, She also stated that the bag
full of numerous nail files was the bag to be disposed of for that
day, which were taken out to use on my nailsShe asked me to call
her back at the store to resolve any issuesI called Marvel Nails
on April 4, at 3:PM and spoke with ***She explained to
me that she saw what had happened when I was at the salon on March
31st between the nail technician which is her father, and
myself, and spoke to him regarding what had happened was not okay
She assured me that she will make sure that will not happen again
*** also told me to come back in sometime and she would refund
the money to me, which is between $30-$
