Ordered The Accountant DVD from Marvelio (thru Amazon) on 3/12/17. DVD received 3/22/17 -- IN GERMAN! ("won't play out of area") -- I am located in Olympia, Washington, USA!
No return instructions included, except their return address. All I want is my money back.
Review: The seller Marvelio has violated several rules and/or codes of retail laws. One, the listing of the item for sale which I feel the seller did not have enough stock on hand to accommodate the number of sales second, they could not provide me with accurate information regarding a tracking number to locate the whereabouts of the item. Marvelio took it upon themselves to cancel the order without consulting with me my options. More importantly this action has happened more than several times. Plan and simple it comes down to false advertising and not enough inventory to cover the number of sales for that item. This type of action I feel can take a toll on a persons anxiety, anger and more importantly frustration. Shopping on line should be enjoyable and pleasure. The occurrences took place on 02/12/2016, 10/07/2015.Desired Settlement: Marvelio should take into consideration on a personal level the anticipation of receiving the item and find out that you mislead the customer and did not have the proper inventory to cover the number of sales of that item. The time, the anxiety, the anger and frustration of having to go through this. It's just not right to. Treat the customers as you would want to be treated. Provide accurate information, know your inventory practice and implement good customer service.
