I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Thank you, I see that the funds were released, however, that does not remove the fact that there are more issues and a justifiable complaint to be voicedThe biggest issue at this point is the lack of customer service from your company and your nonchalant response regarding the entire situationI only received a response from your company as a direct result of posting a negative review online (which mentioned my next step of contacting the Revdex.com), and then also due to my contacting the Revdex.comI would not have minded waiting for an item that was not available, but the issue was that your company didn't bother to alert me at all of the situation and ignored my two attempts to gather informationI had only a thirty day supply of the product remaining when I placed the initial order on January and I had to start rationing because I had no idea if or when an order would arrive from Marvelous Products or how long it would take me to procure a suitable replacement from another vendorIn addition, your company lists items on the website as being "in stock" when they clearly are notYour company's explanation for my order being on hold for a week and a half was that the product was out of stock, yet at no point during or after my purchase did the website ever indicate the item was not availableIn addition, I placed a second order with Marvelous Products (after seeing the item listed through [redacted] as being available) and my account on your website shows no record of it, despite my receiving an email confirmation with an order numberIt arrived today following no confirmation that it shipped or any tracking info and it arrived in an [redacted] box which led me on a hunt to figure out why I received the package [redacted] couldn't identify the barcode and your website doesn't even have a record of my order, but the transaction is listed on my credit card statementSo, there appear to be multiple issues with your company's communications to customers and customer service in generalI will add that the product I purchased from your company seems to work very well (FYI, last time I ordered it through [redacted] ) and I hope your company takes my complaints into consideration and in the future does a better job for all its customers Regards, [redacted]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I never received what I paid for, the e-mail they write about was nothing more than sending me to my account and when I tried to track my order it claimed I had NO ORDER to track even though the company had already taken my money from my account Marvelous products is simply giving a runaround answers, they know calla to them were made, e-mails sent and money taken but have no intentions of sending the product or giving me back my money Other vustomers need to be warned about this company immediately Regards,

Review: Ordered product from the Company online, paid using VISA, money taken out by MARVELOOUS Product but the item has never been received. E-Mailed company about matter without a reply, called company but got a voice mail without any reply after leaving a message. My financial institution could NOT get a reply from this place either. On their product menu if you click on the terms it does not open.Desired Settlement: I want either my money back or the product, one or the other.
