Marvi Cleaners

Review: I left a pair of gray slacks with Marvi Cleaners on Sep. 23, 2013. I was told they would be ready on the 25th and given receipt #4785. I went to pick them up on the 30th and the employees could not find it. They said the owner was away and I should come back the next day. I returned a few days later and spoke to the owner. (I don't know her name. She is a middle-aged Korean woman.) She said that "things were in a mess" since she had left on her vacation, that she needed time to straighten things out, and I should come back in a week. So I came back a week later and she still hadn't found it. She said that while she was away, one of the employees had probably given my slacks to another customer by mistake, and I should allow some time for that customer to return it. I returned after another week; she still didn't have my slacks but said I should wait another week for the other customer to realize the mistake and return it. When I came back after another week, the owner wasn't in.

Her husband said he knew nothing about the matter and I would have to talk to his wife. My last attempted contact was Thursday, Oct. 17, when I came back to the shop yet again and the owner was out yet again. I told her son that if his mother didn't call me the next day (Friday 10/18), I would be contacting the Revdex.com. It is now the night of Monday 10/21 and I still haven't heard anything back.Desired Settlement: The lost slacks were in good condition and I believe it would cost around $30 to replace them, so I am asking to be reimbursed in that amount.
