My roof leaks, still after two previous repairs. The roof is still under warranty. The contractor will not come fix it. On Thurs 9/11/14 my roof leaked water into my house in the same place it has leaked twice before. The contractor, Mr. [redacted] has been to my home twice since we purchased the home in July of 2013 to fix roof leaks. he always uses some kind of clear silicone chaulking to patch, problem is...it doesn't last very long, it is a patch it seems, not a repair. I want him to stop trying to patch the roof.....I want him to fix it. The longer this goes on, the warranty will be over. I am sure Mr.[redacted] will be glad when that time comes, but I want him to fix the roof. Also I want my home inspected to see if there has been any invisible damage due to the water coming in. And I want him to cover all of those expenses.
